A new and aggressive nationalist group, the Patriots, have hidden a second device under one of the city’s mosques. In exchange for the safe release of those at Friday prayers, the Patriots want custody of the leaders of radical Islamist group Almukhtareen – the chosen ones.
The government does not negotiate with terrorists. Even when thousands of lives are at risk.
There is only one way out. But Harry’s wife is in one of those mosques. Left with no choice, Harry must find the Almukhtareen, to offer the Patriots his own deal. Because sometimes the only way to save lives, is to take them.

Just read Streets of Darkness- so powerful I couldn’t put it down and finished it in one session. Great writing from someone who is not afraid to raise taboo subjects. Need to find the rest of the authors books now as I’m hooked !
Is there another book after ‘One Way Out? It’s to good a series to end there. I’ve read all four books in two weeks. We all need to know if Harry and his Dad make up, we need more interaction with his brother, and to meet Saimas parents. Also need to explore Harry’s friendship or not? with Tariq. Also does Harry really quit his job??
On my fourth book, each one different. Can’t get enough of them. These books would make brilliant drama series.
Just finished reading City of Sinners and loved every page of it picked it up in my local library by chance can’t wait to get my hands on the rest of them.Harry Virdee a great character
Read “City Of Sinners” & just finishing “Girl Zero” both brilliant. What Ilike about them is that when I worked as a driver I used to go to a lot of mills in Bradford so can associate with them. Next comes “Streets Of Darkness so hoping that’s as good.
