Now read all of the DI HELEN GRACE books, Fantastic Writing and Reading. Looking forwards to the next one, please make it soon. Surely it’s time for these books to be picked up by a TV Production Company. They would be a Big Hit.

Just got “Hide and Seek” from the local library. Absolutely gripping and read it within 24 hours. Will definitely get the rest of the series.

I’ve just finished the 10th book, “Truth or Dare”. It’s the best one yet! I need the next book!! Mr Arlidge, please write it quickly! I lent the first 5 books to a friend who read them within a week! Totally addictive!

Totally gripped. not usually a thriller fan, I bought the first one, read it in 2 days, then went online and bought all his others which I had read in a week. I pre-order all his books but read too fast as I cant put them down. Eagerly awaiting the next book. Thank you MJ for making my reading experience so pleasant.

Chose a book randomly on an audio app on my phone and was instantly gripped. Now I’m onto hide and seek (number 6). Hate getting to work cus have to turn it off. Already ordering the others I can’t get on the app, after all you can’t beat a proper book. There are characters that us older people can relate to which makes it all the more real. As with any decent author they do the research and their stories are all the more real. And always a little twist at the end to keep you going cus thou you think you’ve guessed it, you’re wrong! Definitely recommend. So glad I took the chance 👍

I’ve read five of the Helen Grace books and I’ve loved every one of them, so much so that it’s often 2am before I can put it down! I slow down when I get near the end as I want it to last longer. Each one has been so intriguing 💜

I think Arlidge is a superb writer and his books have gripping plots. But can’t take Helen Grace. Little Boy Blue had her breaking every rule and holding back her personal evidence creating more deaths. She wouldn’t be able to continue in her role in real life. There’s one thing being a loose cannon but she is particularly violent and as her nephew says she ruins all relationships. Will continue reading but feel no empathy for what I was hoping would be a great female detective.

Just discovered the joy of this series. Chris Carter, Karen Rose, Tess Gerritsen, LJ Ross, Alex Smith have all created really likeable characters. Helen is something else. Deeply flawed but you just want to like her and her commitment to her job. Eeny Meeny left me open mouthed at times and the plot couldn’t have been more gruesome. Just up my street. Cannot wait to get stuck into Pop Goes the Weasel ☺️

I have only just come across M J Arlidge and just finished Truth or Dare. I then googled to see what the next book follows it but assume the next one has not yet been published. So now I’m going to start from the top with Eeny Meeny. Thanks MJA for excellent and exciting reading.

I try not to read the new one when it comes out too soon as then I have to wait too long for the next book. They are so addictive and he is an amazing writer. Let’s hope he never stops with DI Helen Grace’s escapades!

Just starting book 6 Hide and seek, love this series! Really gripping, such a great lead character!

I have read all the books in this series and thought they were all very good except for the last one. The Last Book the ending didn’t really tell us whether DI Helen Grace found happiness or peace.

READ ALL D.I. GRACE BOOKS. EXCELLENT. CAN,T WAIT FOR THE NEXT..

I’ve read every book in the series- they’re so gripping! The only disappointing part is finishing the book! Can’t wait for the next one.

I picked up a copy of Eeny Meeny when on vacation in Mexico, where I tend to turn quite a few pages. I was immediately gripped by the story, and found it almost impossible to put down. I also enjoyed learning “English” again…………

I walk approx 10km a day and always have an audio book to listen to. I am hooked on the Helen Grace series and as of this morning I am listening to Liar Liar (read by the brilliant Elizabeth Bower). Unfortunately I dropped my ipod into the loo (duh) this morning and waiting on a replacement ipod. So back to the local library to reborrow Liar Liar and Littlge Boy Blue. Love the books so thank you M.J. Arlidge on your terrific books.

The Helen Grace books are the best I have read in forever..Each one just as good as the last!! Onto HIDE AND SEEK!! Sonny

One of the best crime series I’ve ever read. I’m reading all of them sequentially, having started with the 4th in error! I love the short chapters so I can read just one more, then just one more … until it’s the middle of the night and I really need to go to sleep before I get up for work, but just one more … And it’s so frustrating that I never clock who the real murderer is! Well done MJA!

Great listen can’t wait for the next one. At first I was unsure because of the beatings. The last one was different and I hope it’s gets better for Helen Grace

When I read the first, Eeny Meeny, I knew I would be reading ever single book of this series. I have to waite untill they are translated in Dutch so I have had lots of time I’ve been waiting for the next. And I always be the first in the bookshop to buy the next. So did I with the last, Down To The Woods. I’m just at page 20 but it’s already amazing! It’s recommended to everybody who loves thrillers! It’s unfortunate that there won’t be any more -sad face- but I’ve enjoyed!

Brilliant books just found out about the short stories next on my list

Iv read all of them and pre order the new ones and I cannot put them down …just getting the new one cannot wait !!!

I love the Helen Grace books and highly recommend them to anyone who enjoys crime thriller books! ?

Fantastic writer, grabs you from page one, unputdownable. I find that Mr, Arlidge writes in a style similar to Stephen Leather ,who again, makes it impossible to put down his books
I live in Australia, although I am from London and I have relatives in Hamphire so I find that I know the area in which D.I.Grace operates which adds to the interest.\Keep the books coming please,

I have read all his book’s and enjoyed every one brilliant read looking forward to Down to the woods. Little Boy Blue and Hide and Seek a must read. Keep up the good work Mr Arlidge.
    Thank You.

Fantastic ! I have read and re-read everyone so far ! …. now got them all on Audible and listening to them as well ! Can’t wait for “Down to the Woods”! …. not sure if I can keep waiting for the next one ! Any chance of a TV version so more people can get a Grip of DCI Grace ?

I have read all the books in the series and can’t wait for the next one in Sept… Think my favourite has to be Love me love me not.. But live them all.. Once I pick a book up… Its got me hooked and I can’t put it down.. x

I have to say I love all the series and cant wait for Down to the woods , Eeny meeny I would have to say is my favourite but only because it’s the one that got me totally hooked on Helen Grace . Best books I’ve read in a long time . please keep her going !

Love these books, I read from eeny meeny to the little boy blue. can’t put the books down.

I just randomly grabbed The Dolls House from the library and just finished it, in 2 days! It was Awesome. I was looking to see if there happened to be more DI Grace books and came across this page. I cant contain my excitement now! Going to get the first book tomorrow and start reading them in order. I cant wait!! Ive read only 1 book but i already love Helen! You are an amazing author!!

I have most of the books. I didn’t really know much about them when I started to read them. I ended up reading them out of order at first, until I realized that they were a series. I went back and started with Eeny Meeny, then read them again in the correct order, and all I can say is OMG. They kept me intrigued. I kept turning pages and turning pages and before I knew it, I was done with the series. I can’t wait to read Down to the Woods when it is released in the US.

M.J. Arlidge, thank you for keeping my love of books alive and for providing the world with your talent.

I have read the whole series and have loved every one! They are by far my favourite series of books, can’t wait for the next one!

My mom reads his books and absolutely loves them. She would love to read the two that are in Kindle form but unfortunately she does not read or use any electronics for reading. When authors choose to only do e-books at cuts out a couple generations of people because they are not able to use or too hard for them to learn how to use an electronic reader.

Sometimes publishers collect together all the digital short stories into a physical book when there are enough of them. Fingers crossed they’ll decide to do that with M J Arlidge’s short stories when he’s written a few more 🙂

I’ve read all the Detective Helen Grace series, having just finished Love Me Not. Enjoyed them all. Would recommend to anyone who likes fast paced detective novels.
