Win a copy of Ajay Chowdhury’s The Waiter plus cookery class vouchers
The Waiter is the first book in a brilliantly entertaining new series following disgraced detective Kamil Rahman as he moves from Kolkata to London to start afresh as a waiter in an East End curry house. When the host of a party he is catering is murdered in his mansion, Kamil can’t resist putting his underused skills to work by running his own, unofficial, investigation. What follows is a gripping, intriguing murder mystery, with some great recipes for Indian food thrown in.
To celebrate the publication of The Waiter, we’re giving one lucky winner the chance to win a copy of the book for themselves and a friend, as well as an in-person or online cookery class for two from Migrateful.
Migrateful run cookery classes led by migrant chefs who are struggling to integrate and access employment, due to legal and linguistic barriers. There are all sorts of cookery classes to choose from, from Bengali street food to Moroccan tagines and Ecuadorian ceviche, and all ingredients will be provided!
